That is basicily the same set up I have. I have my fermenters on top of the fridge where it is nice and warm. In the morning I pour the mash into the strainer and fix my coffee and do toher chores while it drains, dump it in the big dog dish and clean up in less than 15 minutes, not counting the drain time.
