    By palpate i just mean feel. Make sure she is in a warm area with good air circulation. When giving the warm epsonsalt bath i also had awarm towel and heating pad waiting so she didnt catch a chill. How is she doing now? Eating drink?

    Yes! Ive mixed everyrhing in and have it her on a spoon by dipping her beak in. Ive also done a dropper by putting the drop on the side of her beak so we didnt risk aspiration.     Yes, magnesium helps relax the muscles. I forget to mention i add organic applesause to the mixture ( only ingredient is apples) p if no apple sauce i use brown sugar to help give them energy

    For a bird being egg bound ive always felt the egg inside the bird. My protocol is to mixed Magnesium and calcium (ground up egg shell or bone pill) give this mixture orally and epson salt baths. Ive in so cases had to massage the egg out with coconut oil. Hope your bird is doing better
