Thanks for the replies. penny has developed wattles in the past couple of weeks so she had me concerned!!

What makes you think boy? I have always had my suspicions of the Silkie cross ( I even call it he!!), but was sure the other was a pullet!

I was out with them today and really couldn't see any definite roo qualities, fingers crossed they all stay that way!! Will definitely post updated photos in couple of weeks!!

Yes all siblings as far as I know. I am hoping that some are pullets!!

I'm really hoping Speckle is all girl.....she/he has the loveliest temperament and seems to be bottom of the pecking order!!

Hi I started my own thread but only got 1 reply so might try here instead! I'm new to chickens and have 5 bantam chicks that are 6 weeks old. not sure what sort of bantams they are, but I think they are just mutts lol. So are the cockerals or pullets??? Penny Speckle Goldeen Lunar...

Yes Goldeen does have feathered legs, and is so far the only one I think is a pullet!! The kids named them, they are such friendly little chicks! Thank you for your reply
