I worry about my Aussies in Nw Tx strong cold winds, sleet, snow freezing rain they are about 8.5 months old People say don't worry chickens survive the cold well this dang wind is driving me crazy otherwise I wouldn't worry so much about them
I am worried
I have a hen not one year old yet who I THINK is broody ive been reading about separating her from her nest and have her in a cat carrier in my house! it is cold outside and she seemed to be so cold
I wonder if it is somethibng else/
thanks just double checking My daughter runs a cafe and has lots of compost items one being potato peels
I wish to feed my hens potato peels should I run thru the microwave first? why so many differing opinions on what scraps hens can eat/ or not eat ? is very confusingt
thanks for advice onb meat eating
My beauties are 8 months old today and laying 10 to 12 eggs per day I had some left over chicken I wanted to give them seems its all right to do
