- Why do you want to join our community?
- I'm an elementary school nurse and we have a chicken coop at our school. I am now in charge of our coop and our chicken coop club for our students. We have 4 chickens in our flock: a 2yr old Orpington, a 2 yr old Easter Egger, a 5 mo. old Black Sex Link and a 3 mo. old Bantam Cochin Frizzle. I find them so fascinating and calming to watch, each with their own distinct personality! I am new to raising chickens and looking to gaining knowledge and ideas from this group.
