When my hens are laying eggs and begin the egg laying song, my rooster chimes in with a louder version of the same song. Each time she clucks he clucks right after her. After she is done he will crow 3-4 times very loudly and flap his wings.

My Chicken run is 20x20 with 70% covered with a heavy duty tarp over chicken wire. I cannot free range my flock.

I have 5 RIR's and only one has started laying the fairy eggs at 21 weeks.

My hens (2 of 10) started laying the fairy eggs at 21 weeks. I have 1 RIR and 1 BPR laying daily now into 22 weeks old.
