Absolutely!

I unfortunately agree with you... after watching their behaviors and dynamics I think that the white is definitely also a roo, but hopefully he will make beautiful chicks.

Lets hope so!! I cant wait! We are first time chicken owners and have yet to see a freshly laid egg... so hopefully that will happen soon :) The oldest pullet is about 6 months

Possibly, but I think his whole beak is crooked as opposed to crossed. I’ll have to look closely tomorrow, but I definitely see him eat food, grass and treats all day long. Is there a serious issue I need to look out for?

That is a fair assessment and my worst case scenario. I am confident the cuckoo is a pullet and pretty sure the black is a cockerel. I don't care so much about the buff as he/she is unlikely to produce eggs anyways. I am really holding out hope that the white is a pullet! I will happily keep all...

I really hope you're right. I really think the black is a cockerel, which is fine, I can keep them. I just am hoping the white paint is a pullet! I really wanted to add two beautiful pullets to my flock.

Haha I know!! They do kind of chirp?! They are definitely full grown and around 5 months. They are slightly bigger than my 4 month olds and bigger than my small 6 month bantam pullet (pictured in profile picture). I have been wondering about silkie voices, my expensive pullet from a high end...

Hm.. yes, I am definitely worried about that. Did you see the photos of him/her? He acts very healthy and eats and drinks more than any of my other chickens. They are all 4 1/2 months and he is 1/3 the size... how did yours die? Natural causes or was he attacked by the flock or a predator?

What great news!! I hope you’re correct! I know, aren’t they adorable. I love that they are a motley band of rejects. I kind of agree with you assessment. My only reservation is the white/ paint one possibly being a cockerel. I’ve only had them for a day, but I haven’t hear any of them crow yet...

Yeah, I don’t know if they are from the same hatch. The one that is smaller is VERY small, she’s either an extreme runt or has a birth defect. They rest are normal bantam size. Do you have any ideas on the genders? I figured the movement and video footage would help easily assess the birds.
