Is this chick a hen or a roo three days old. The backtrack didn't work they all slept when I'm positive I have at least two roos

Just let her dry off she hatched a little to early she could die she could make it let nature take course

Don't open incubator u can shrink wrap them( the membrane will stick to them) add water when all or close to all water gone quickly there is still half they will be okay

Put her in the incubator she can get to cold put the others under a heat lamp I had chickens with those they will dry and fall off PUT HER IN THe BATOR take older chickens out into brooder

It is nice to see that one hatched overnight take the one you put back last night back in the brooder and leave the newly hatched one in the bator

That could be a humididy problem
