She is about a year old. She is limping,swollen and red belly. She is exhausted from all the pushing and i think the egg is stuck sideways from the feel of it. She lays 1-2 eggs however, every other day.

Not sure if there is a post on this yet, and I am sure I will see one. I have had chickens for 3 years now, lost a few gained a few. Its all in learning. My "Carmen" is a Rhodie and has been eggbound for about a month now. We have given her a bath with epsom salt and hot water for about 2 weeks...
