Thank you. So the vet called me back and says it appears its not contagious to parrots, and it may, but probably won't be contagious to my pheasants as well. So that's at least a bit of good news today. Thank you all again for your help.

Thanks for the links and the information. I took my rooster to the vet and ended up putting him down. I asked her if it was contagious to my parrotlets and she had no idea. She is doing some research and hopefully will give me a definite answer in the next couple of days. I will update you all...

They were born in the beginning of July I believe. My only hen just died, now I'm left with all roosters.
