Couple Day Old Chick. What is it, please?

I truly hope it is not an "Easter Egger" I don't think we could get more ORDINARY than an EE. I hope it turns out to be an Andalusian or something more unusual. I think I might never order from this Hatchery again if they think an EE is "Rare and Exotic" I DO agree, it's a Roo. It even has the...

My guess from pictures on the net, is a Silver Laced Wyandotte. It's a WILD Guess based on limited internet pictures and ZERO knowledge. I'm not sure what this hatchery considers a Rare Exotic chicken, but I bet it isn't TOO rare or exotic for a FREE bird. I'll post more pictures as the weeks...

I have about a dozen ducks. 6 of them are runners. The oldest one is a White 3 month old female who in the last day or two began acting "quiet". I let the birds out to free range, but she now prefers to stay in the pen. she keeps her bill tucked close to her heaved chest. she walks around with...

    Duckling with . . . . bent legs?

Thank you for the link. I found several websites with info about ducks and niacin, but they were all extremely vague. Without your link I would have probably overdosed my duck on niacin.

    Duckling with . . . . bent legs?

I suspect it needs niacin. Should a tape its legs? If so, How? It"s about a month old Runner.

    Cochin pullet or cockerel

That's what I was thinking. A very rooster-ish personality, too.
