    Hey, I need to know if chickens can get colds because some of my chickens are sneezing a lot and wheezing and i don't know where to get medicine or what kind if they need it.

    Hmm i know everyone else says roo but.. i think its a hen (i think) but who knows, it could be a hen or a rooster you'll never know till it start to crow...

    After a month I gave my chicks their first treat, watermelon rines and some bread. They seem to like the bread the best

    Hawk was eyeing my pullets

    A Red Tailed Hawk lives in the tree above my chicken coop and in the past has killed two of my chicks.

    I feed mine layer feed and they are laying well.

    what age do you put your chicks outside

    Well I put my chicks outside when they were about a month or two old and I had them in the pen so the hawks or other animals wouldn't get them. then after a few weeks we let them out and they were just fine. the big hens and rooster had to get used to the chicks though.
