So what's with the curl at the end of her tail feathers? Is that normal? I've never seen that on a girl.

That back FeAther is giving me concern but I don't see saddle feathers. This bird hatched last week of march. So we are right at 3 months. Is it a cockerel?

Sorry to butt in here but do you think my birchen is s roo? I was sold her saying she was. Lack copper and then that neck came in and Nope. But she/he is beautiful and probably my fave one out of this new flock. I hope it's a she . So sweet.

She was stealing others non fertilized eggs to hatch so I slipped fertilized eggs in and now she's a proud mama and still hatching

My 3 year old loves our chickens. She gets up early to let them out and would play with them all day if I'd let her. We hatched them and raised them and she loves them! She helped build the coop And digs up worms for them daily! I'm raising a chicken lady! I love chickens but watching my baby...
