Thanks! Any idea how the barring gene would present? There's 2 hatched now. One black with white on its head and one yellow/buff colored.

If I cross a Barred Rock roo with a Cream Legbar hen, will the chicks be easter or olive eggers? Will I be able to tell the sex at hatch?

I am looking to purchase a pair of red golden pheasants. I live in North Texas and can pick up from Oklahoma City or Dallas/Ft Worth or pay for shipping.

I was leaning towards a Buff Brahma on the first as well. But was curious about it being a D'uccle. The black one is not feather-legged. I have no idea on this one.

Here are the two I am wondering what breed they are. Any ideas?
