I bread him and the pullet offspring don't have white but the males still do.

I bought to Ayam Cemani chicks, male and female, and now that they are grown, the male has white on it's neck but the female does not. I bread them and hatched the eggs and the males still have white on them. Is this not a pure breed? Thanks ahead of time!

Yes, the hens do not need any rooster to lay eggs! But a rooster will make your eggs fertile!
