I've had this happen with me in my first hatch- What I did was also quickly and carefully hand turn the pipped egg a little to the upper side... that seemed to help them pip and zip the rest of the egg, but once you open the incubator you gotta keep an eye on the humidity and make sure it's not...

@Yardmom that's a good idea! Thanks~ I'll candle the others at night time when it's dark and check what they look like. I did candle the rotten ones yesterday and they were mostly dark inside so this will work as a reference I think.
