The roosts are 3’ high, 5’ high, and 7’ high. The lowest roost is about the same height as the nests. The structure is repurposed that is why the nests are as high as they are.

Along these lines, I started feeding my chicks the first bag pictured. After their first 5 weeks we need more feed. I currently use the Layer 22 for my hens. Can I use the Layer 22 for the pullets or need to stick with the starter/grower?

Thank you for the feedback. It is 1/4" not 1/2" hardware cloth if thats any better. Suppose I should just add pine shavings to protect their feet?
