Chicken wire is not strong enough to stop predators by itself. I have two kennel runs, one with sheet roof and one with large heavy duty fence to keep predators out and a layer of chicken wire to keep chickens in. You can't tell in the pics but I have 24" small holed chicken wire starting about...

I'm so happy to have 10 less chickens! I thought I was going to have to bring my little cockerel home, I couldn't even give him away. Then I was walking to my car with him and a little girl who couldn't be more than 4 or 5 thought he was cute and her mom let her have him. Awesome ending!

This could not be in a better location! I could walk there if I didn't have to haul chickens. I'm bringing my phoenix, started pairs 8-11 weeks. I also have a cute little BC marans x phoenix cockerel who is free to loving home.
