hello. do you have any runts you can sell? id like to get a breeding pair at a decent price. I am also looking to get birds that are from the snow region ( I live in ohio )

I am looking to buy 2 or 3 pair of king pigeons. I want to start breeding them. I would like to find some birds near ohio that are accustomed to the winter temps here. I live in ASHTABULA OHIO 44004. any help would be greatly appreciated !!
