ive got her in my bathroom, which is the warmest room in the house, with a heating pad under some towels, inside of a basket so its nice and cozy. i go in with her every hour to make sure she gets her water in her..shes not eating a whole bunch...
ok sorry one more question too.. the antibiotics that she wants to give us is clavamox 62.5 but its in tablet form..im supposed to disolve it in water and give it to her that way..but researching the antibiotics, it seems like that particular antibiotic is usually given to chickens in liquid...

i had her on my lap with a warm wet cloth, then a dry one, shes awake, she keeps wanting to get down to peck the ground now..it looks bad, but the bleeding stopped, except if i put a towel on it.

i know next to nothing about chickens, and ive tried researching, and interneting and booking, i've got it narrowed down to the featherleg bantam group..but what breed specifically? i thought brahma but the pictures ive seen doesnt really match her..anyways if anyone could help:) thanks

i got my two chickens from a family that couldn't care for them and shouldn't have bought them. we were told one was a rooster and the other a hen..turns out they were both hens..they didn't know anything about them or what breed or anything..i had to go get books from the library and compare...
