    They're great thanks...unfortunately we've got a bird flu ban in place so they've got to stay in the shed for 30 days. They're a bit fed up as they're not allowed in the pond outside though xx

    Thanks . I thought she'd morn them if I took them away but tbh she came out of the pond late and has been back in it most of the morning...it's nice as I don't sleep much so I've been able to watch her in the pond all morning . I'm so glad she's using it though xx

    Hi I was wondering the same thing. I can see 12 eggs so my dates might be approx. I did try getting some to candle but she went mad...she's guarding them really strongly. If we don't have ducklings by the weekend I'll go back in and take them to candle.

    Well the ponds are in place. I've managed to get another pond off gumtree for the lower pond so hoping to get the pipework in today . Mamma duck is sat on 10 eggs and hasn't been off her best in 2 days

    Yeah Ive got oyster shell out all the time, I have it for the chooks . I'm going to start mixing that in with their food as one of the chooks eggs was soft last night . I'm really enjoying it...once I've got the kids to dig all these ponds in I'll put some pics up . X

    It's going really well...thanks so much for your help . She's actually made a nest and there's 4 eggs in it so far so I'm going to leave them in the best and see what she does . I made them up a mix of peas, cucumber, sprouts, carrots, mealworms and a bit of corn last night and they loved it
