I did that and the duckling made this awful noise like it was in tremendous pain, so I took it off. I have done this in the past and never had an issue with it. We have a vet appointment in the morning, so I'm hoping he will have some recommendations.

Im taking her to the vet on Tuesday, but he’s not sure there’s anything he can do.

I can hold her knee in place and it will bend, but as soon as i let go, it pops right back out.

She does swim, but not like a normal duck. Pretty much just a circle. I can hold the knee and her leg will bend and look normal, but it wont stay that way.

My 2-3 week old duckling’s knee wont stay in place, therefore she can not walk. Is there anything i can do?

She's already starting to quack.

Three days after she hatched another one hatched. I put them together and she seemed to be doing fine. Then 2-3 days in I woke up one morning to find the new duckling had died during the night. I have no clue as to why it died. Therefore, I take this one with me to work during the week, so...

I have a three week old duckling that hatched as a single, therefore she imprinted on me. She will put my finger in her mouth, which doesn't bother me, but then she likes to get the meaty part of my finger and pinch it. This can be some what painful. Is all this just in fun or is this...

Update: My gosling passed away about 2 hours after this post. I really appreciate everyone's help.

They just ignore her. Yesterday I put just one in with her and that one ignored her also. I've been keeping her with me and trying to hold her a lot, especially at night when we're watching TV.

Talked to my vet, he will show me how to tube feel. :):)

I am picking up so anti inflammatory medicine from him today. Will definitely talk to him about that. Thank you. I will be in touch.

I had her in with a buddy yesterday and she just laid in the corner and the other one wouldn't go lay beside her.

Hi Kathy, I was told you may be able to help me with tube feeding my one month old gosling. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
