They are running around outside, so I temporarily locked them all out of the coop. They weren't happy at first, but they are walking around.

I have a large wire dog crate, can I just put it in the coop? Or should I put her in the garage? I am afraid she will get cold.

I don't think so. They are hearty chickens, but I don't think they are abnormally large. I have not been feeding them a lot of extras. I have been thinking about adding some oyster shell to their feed, maybe they need more calcium?

Yes, I was getting 9-11 a day up until a few days ago.

So, I searched the coop, run, and backyard and there are no eggs or remnants of eggs anywhere.
