This mornig the little fellow was very bad, it was on his back and couldn't stand. I went and bought Baytril 10%(that's what they've got). Unfortunatelly until I came back it had died.
I can get Baytril tomorrow, and no it is pooping, but the poop is little. It is like a dot coloured white and brown. And i saw it drinking some water.
How much Baytril should i give it?
Thank you! I won't let them swim i will just put a shallow container with a little water in the brooder. And can you tell me how to post a video, so i can show you the older ducklings swimming when they were 4 days old?
I read them and i think that it may be yolk infection. The belly button has a little crust on it(i thought it was normal since all of my older ducklings had one). I will be able to post a picture later when i get home.
I already did 1) and 2) as soon as you told me. I let them swim in warm water, and the two duckling seem to enjoy it, but will stop. And for the 4) i can't find a vet.
Kathy, i want to thank you with all my heart for all of the advise and answers. This forum is great and i will continue visiting it!! I am from Bulgaria and in my town there isn't vet that knows much about ducklings. I tried talking to a vet, but when i told it is about a duckling he send me...
