My coop is all salvaged barn tin. It worked out great for us. When I can figure it out, I'll post some pictures when I can figure out how.

I'm in Missouri. Had my girls for 1 1/2 years. Lost some this summer to heat but other than that things are going well. You won't find a better place or ppl for help and information.

I had some webbing material here, like the old lawn chairs, I would add a 4 inch wide strip to each side of the door and leave for a few days then add again until the opening was covered. Never had much trouble doing it that way. I don't know if the heavy duty strips like on freezer door...
