Hi I've aquired roughly 250lbs of wheat for free! Now I'm wondering how I could feed it to my backyard flock. Anybody have any suggestions? Is it ok to use as a scratch??

I have 3 4-week old Silver Layced Wyandotte chicks and 2 4-week old Barred Rock chicks that are getting too big for my brooder. Is it safe to introduce them into the outdoor flock which is 3 13-week old pullets and 1 13-week old roo? If it is safe, then how should I go about doing it? Thank you!!

I know that now and i new from the start that this coop wasn't really going to work, but since my birds were outgrowing their brooder i decided to make something up out of scrap materials that wasn't a total eyesore until i got the time and money to build a bigger coop.. hence why i didn't take...

The coop is 30" by 32" and is 40" tall (not including the height of the legs). The run is 32 inches wide by 12 feet long. I have plans to build a bigger coop, but I was just wondering how many chickens this coop could possibly house comfortably. '
