Which type of Wyandotte are my girls?

Thanks Donrae! Your info is very helpful. I'll research how to break broody hens. I had no idea I needed to do that. Thanks!

Which type of Wyandotte are my girls?

Is there a place where I can read up on this breed?

Which type of Wyandotte are my girls?

So now I'm worried. Just read on here that they don't live long. My kids will be devastated when they go. I thought we were good for about 5 years.

Here's another pix. The girl in the middle is the smallest and has the most red on her.

Which type of Wyandotte are my girls?

Are cornish hens hardy in the winter? Thats the only reason I want to know what they are. I did a quick google search and it looks like cornish hens are mostly bred for meat. Are they good backyard chickens? So far, they are sweet and good with the kids!

Which type of Wyandotte are my girls?

I am a first time chicken owner. They are so sweet. The kids love them. We have been getting 4-5 eggs a day since last month. I'll Google dark cornish. Thanks!

Which type of Wyandotte are my girls?

I got them from my local feed store. They were overstock, so they weren't sure what they were. They made a guess from what they looked like and said Americana or easter egger.

Which type of Wyandotte are my girls?

I'm assuming they are wyandottes. Do you agree? They were hatched on April 9th, so they are 6.5 months. Thanks!

The feed store wasn't sure what breed they are. Here's a photo of one of our cuties

What breed are these little cuties?

A few more photos. I've looked online and have come up with Sicilian buttercups (although its says they are very rare) Welsummer and Ameraucana. Will it be obvious what they are when they get a bit bigger?
