Just wondering if it is normal for a chick to hatch with a bit of blood? One of my chicks that just began to chirp and peck at the shell had a bit of blood on the veins from the sack in the shell. Is this normal?

My alpha female died about a month ago and i recently bought two more hens, none of them are aggressive towards each other, my hen that died was the only one to peck new hens that were introduced to the flock. I guess that won't be a problem.....
