If I only keep the best and the darkest coloured ones back for stock, can I eventually get rid of the white?

Hi I purchased 3 dozen Rhode Island Red eggs last year. 30 of those eggs hatched. Out of 30 chicks one chick turned out to be a white rooster. I got rid of that one. I kept 11 hens and 2 roosters. All of them look like pure Rhode Island Reds. Beautiful birds. I hatched my first batch of 24...
