im not a vet nor do I know of a vet but incase u can't find a vet the best thing u could do is make sure she is eating and drinking and also supplement her with High Level Vitamin B complex. u could start by giving her 1/4 ml of High Level vitamin b complex
I don't OD my chickens in Vitamins but it never hurts to give them some if I feel the need to. also I never bought anything for worms because I never had an issue with them. once every 3-4 months ill spread de around the area they dust bath in. but if your chickens do get mites its best to apply...
Good luck with your flock! a lot of product I have come across is because of things that have happened to my flock for example Biotin and High Level B complex. some products I keep at hand just because are Food Grade Diatomaceous earth, Durvet Vitamins and Electrolytes, extra bedding and extra food.
ive always moved my broody hen and her eggs to another location so they don't get bothered by roos and hens but that's also another good idea if its just the roo bothering her and her chicks.
do you have more photos of her? It could be a thiamine deficiency, are there any problems with her neck? if it is that she can't get up and walk they it is a niacin deficiency.

I did the same with my Coop floor. I keep well over an inch and a half of shavings in the coop and never had that problem. Try putting more shavings down so it compacts down and creates friction on itself.
