    Thanks all! That’s good news! I’m tracking with the EE vs Amer. We bought them from Tractor Supply and they were listed as Ameraucanas. I wish they would just call them EE’s.

    May be too soon but any guesses? We tried to pick the quiet, smaller chicks from the straight run bin. It’s always an adventure! I fear the brown one is going to start crowing one of these mornings....

    5 week old SLW pullets?

    I have had bad luck with SLW “pullets” from our local farm store. This is my 3rd try and I’m hoping these really are pullets. I‘m wondering mostly about the chick on the right b/c the comb is redder. Any guesses? Thanks!

    Anyone have an idea if our 4 1/2 week old bantams are pullets or roos? Also, we know the first is a golden seabright but any ideas about the second?

    Need Help Identifying Sex Breed

    Any ideas if this 4 month old is a hen or rooster? I think it is a mix of production red/red sex link but not certain. This is our first venture with chickens and we are learning a lot. This one (named Rue) has gotten very flightly and mean the last few weeks--no crowing though.
