Check your local Craigslist. Some offer to build custome coop for a reasonable price.

Sex: crowing = male Age: 16 weeks Breed: EE & Barred Rock The only question need answer is: where are you located?

If your coop is big enough, they will work things out. Just keep an eye on them and make sure they all can get to food and water. Good luck!
