No incubator this is my first chick yes all about the same date

my girl has been sitting on her eggs and one hatched now she is no longer sitting on the others what should i do?

Thanks for the help she is one of the first chicks I got I think I might have hurt the dog but it's my grand daughters dog and the chicken was named after her. REALY APPRECIATE THE HELP :)
