    Hi Ben !!! I live in Lancaster,,i called the city of Lancaster and gave them my address and they were able to tell me I was able to have 5 chickens,, with no housing restrictions, hope this helps!!!

    the best way to hard boil a fresh egg is to steam them!!! 25 mins and they peel just great!!!
