the temperature is been lowered every day and is now at 28*C but the real problem (maybe not really a problem) is why is it sooooo active?

    Low Temperature and very active

The baby chick is just 2 days old (at the time I posted this comment). But the weird thing is that this lone chick is soooooooooo active and slept last night at like 10 pm, it continuously chirps loudly (probably cos it's alone) but in terms of eating and drinking, it's normal. And for some...

    Low Temperature and very active

Last night, at 2 o clock, my dad realised the light bulb for the brooder was broken so he changed it but this bulb produced a blue-ish colour and not much heat as the thermometer was only at 28 degrees celcius for six whole hours and the lonely chick in the brooder is still alive. So my brother...

    Rooster crowing very loudly

Quote: I actually had the same idea as you except that if you attach the string to his leg, he can't walk properly without bending his head every time he takes a step, maybe attaching it to his body?

    Bent Comb

My other WPR Newbie, who's already laying eggs (not Fluffy this time...) has a floppy comb that is bent to the side but I'm not too sure how to keep it upright, anyone have any suggestions?

    Weird 'Dance'?

Quote: He rarely bites (Doesn't hurt that much), hasn't flogged yet and doesn't have a spur yet and he's been doing it for a few weeks now, I might try showing him the females...

    Weird 'Dance'?

I have to say this 'sideways skitter' of his is pretty amusing ^_^ . Still, I should check whether the eggs are fertile or not soon as he might have put full interest in me and not in his 'wife' Newbie . Anyhow, for the time being, me and Fluffy are gay buddies
