I saw one of the other hens grab her by the comb the other day very aggressively. Other than this one instance I haven't seen any picking on her.

We moved back in December to a large house with 4.3 acres, we have wanted chickens for a while but it was possible in our old house. I looked at literally 100's of chicken coops, videos, plans etc.... and since I have very rudimentary carpentry skills, I needed something that I could build...

This is our Coop that I built, I'm not a carpenter at all but I looked at hundreds of coops and kinda took the parts I liked from them and made my own. We have 10 laying hens and it is big enough for another 3 or 4. I have since added more ventilation since this picture.
