    They're with the mother and have had access since day 1. I think they just lose waterproofing when they are intermediate between down and adult feathers. It should know how to get out though the silly thing!

    Yeah there's three. Not seen them for a week but semi-tamed their mum with mealworms last year and now they follow me everywhere. Can get in the way quite a lot. Haha

    Female was sitting on 19 eggs. There were 11 but then she got nest dumped. Now have 8 ducklings a week late. No idea what will happen to the other eggs!
