Her vent looks prolapsed. You can try honey and pushing it back in. Apply preparation H after to help with swelling. Is her vent protruding? It usually looks like an innie belly button, kind of. In this pic it looks prolapsed
It sounds like periontitis. Do you have access to any antibiotics? I gave me hen some amoxicillin that I had from one of my kids being sick. Seemed to work:)
