@NorthFLChick we have Australorpes, a lot of mix breeds, 3 Barred Rocks, and we used to have some Americaunas. We'll be getting some white Leghorns as well :)

What I did for my angry rooster is attacked him back and chased him around until he gave up (which was really quick) after that I was able to pick him up and he didn't attack me. Yes it's seemes evil to kick a rooster but it worked, plus I didn't hurt him!

Sometimes our chickens will do that as well. I think that means they aren't getting enough protein, or their is a vicious hen. Welcome btw :)
