I think you will be very happy with your stall conversions. So easy to keep clean, especially if you install poop boards and the birds are very comfortable. I wish I had thought to search BYC for stall conversions when we were converting ours, but so far we are really happy with what we have...

I just ran into this same problem with a couple of hens picking at my roos wattles till they bled. I used Blue Kote with the dauber and that did the trick. They are leaving his wattles alone now.

I haven't looked into finding a fish chow to give the birds. What brands are people using to add to their rations? I've been giving them Ultrakibble because it contains fish and salmon meal.
