Without doubt 3 of my hens are oh so broody.. I ended up giving my Isbar 2 Olive egger (isbar/maran). I also gave my banties one each. I have a problem though. Only 2 of my 7 hens are laying. However, only 3 are obviously broody. Strange things started happening shortly before the earthquake...

For future reference once you break a piece of egg shell it is unlikely the baby will be able to get out on it's own.. Try to never break the shell at all in less it's been at least 24 hours after the external pip...
