Yes! I named all my ducks after local plants. Thimbleberry, Nettle, Pigweed. I had a Clover and a Plantain, too. Pigweed was always the most eager for food, even when she was a tiny duckling. She thinks all the food belongs to her. :-D

I only have the 3 ducks at the moment, a crested pekin, the welsh harlequin, and a dark khaki campbell. I adore them.

I have 11, 4 hybrid white layer 2 are boys they live in their own pen, 5 blue Swedish girls, 2 welsh harlequin one male one female. How old are yours? They sound adorable!

Mine are older. 5.5 and at least 6.5 - all but the WH were adopted so we aren't sure. They could be older.
