Welcome to BYC! I am no expert, but the color of her liver looks wrong and looks like she has a larger than normal amount of fat. let me see if I can find someone that processes a lot of meat birds to comment.
@rebrascora , sorry for your loss, but thanks for taking time to post the necropsy pictures. The first thing I noticed was the pale liver and the distended intestines, so for cause of death, or cause of diarrhea I would think maybe something like gassy clostridia?
The pathologist at the lab I use likes it when I send him unusual necropsy pictures and will often reply with "that looks like x disease, but cannot know for sure without further testing". Call and ask for the email address of the lead avian person, I bet they'd be more than happy to look at the...
I will send your pictures off to Davis... Sometimes I get a reply, but sometimes I don't. Have you thought about sending them to the avian pathologist at you state lab?
