My 3 year old hen has developed a purple-ish growth in her earlobe. She is completely fine otherwise, eating well and laying every day. I can't find info on this. It feels hard, it doesn't bother her to touch it. Does it need to come out? I tried to get pics but you can't really see it on exterior.

My first flock. I give my "girls" a full inspection every day, and have notice Luna is heavier, has wattles, comb is darkening, legs darker and thicker. But they all have darkish legs. Bare belly. This one might be the pure Dom. Please help!
