I am using Ivomec topical for cattle to treat eyeworm in my chicken. I can't find anything on dosage and frequency for the topical Ivomec.

One of my chicks cannot stand. It has been 12 days now and my other sick chick had eyeworm but died last night. I want to know if the surviving chick has a chance at recovery after being treated for eyeworm. Please, if anyone has any idea?

I think my chick may have flukes or other worm infestation that has migrated into his eyes. The only wormer I could get is Piperazine and wondering if anyone knows if that will be effective, and is it ok to flush the eyes with it as well as administering with food/water.
