Does or can the wafer thermostat just go in line to the heat source? Thinking about
using one in my Homemade Bator. Can't seem to get the water htr. stat to work.

Feb. 23rd put 64 barred rocks in the homemade bator. Candled tonight 9th day and 60 are cooking just right. Candle again 3/13 lock down day. Hatch day 3/16. Keeping my fingers crossed that nothing fails.

Does anybody use Ceramic Heat Emitters for heat source in Home made Incubators.
Also do you put the heat source above or below eggs.
What about creating a fire hazard with the heater which ever you use.
