    Bumblefoot help needed!

I've just cleaned her up and it's left a rather large hole. Do I have to keep her in for X amount of time and if so how long? I should add that they are never caged and basically feral, the only time they go in the coop is to lay as they sleep in the tree.

    Advice on the remaining egg

One of our Peahen's eggs started hatching yesterday, it's her first time and her reactions are too cute. Five of the six eggs have hatched with one remaining, I can hear the Peachick inside so it's obviously alive. My question is should I intervene and help it? I ask this because last year one...

    Peahen Eggs

We have a 15th century building next to us with a courtyard and I went in to check why the peahens kept going in. The reason is they've been laying eggs, there was 10 in one spot but no one is laying on them. Is there any reason they aren't nesting? And why have a few of them chosen one spot?

Peahen came home after two years.

About two years ago one of our Peahens left us after having some chicks. I'm guessing she went to see the Peacock that would call at night in the distance. Anyway, she came back about a week ago along with four peahens and one young peacock. This morning I came to feed them and she was at the...

A rather unresponsive chicken (Update she has gone)

This morning we found our black chicken on the floor not moving. The only signs that are out of the norm is a rather dirty rear and slight runny nose. If anyone could help on what to do that would help, thanks.

    Male or Female

Just a little back story. We have four females and two males. One of the females disappeared for a while. I thought she must have moved on as we had this before with one female. It turns out that one female went a couple miles down the round where there is some other peafowl. Any way out of the...

    Chicken Finally Has Chicks.

So basically we moved to a house which had a feral chicken and peafowl. She would lay eggs which was obviously unfertilized eggs which i had to destroy so she didn't get killed for nothing i suppose. Then one day our neighbors rooster came over and the rest is history. I have a few of questions...

Will the Peahen get over the lose of chicks.

Long story short. Moved into a house with Peafowl. One Peacock and two Peahens, both had two chicks in 2015 (one male and three female). Now two of those Peahens have laid. One is still sitting on them the other hatched about 7-9 days ago. Both peachicks were doing well. Now yesterday i...
