How do you get certified to test others birds for NPIP? I was thinking about getting certified to test for NPIP how do you go about doing it? Or what do you have to do? I’m in Texas if that helps.

Do you have to be NPIP tested to sell in Texas? I just want to sell and hatch a few breeds I’m not planning on shipping them out of state.
