How do you all keep weight on your aging dogs? The one I'm talking about also has irritable bowel syndrome and acid reflux. This is my friend's dog; I had no idea dogs even got that? Any thoughts? Dog is a golden retriever, age 15.

How long will my call hen raise her babies? They were born mid July and she is still with them. I have a buyer for the 5 babies but I don't want to sell until she is through with them...it would be heartbreaking for me to take them from her. I will prob keep one of her offspring.

At the art place at the Minnesota state fair, there is a painting of a bunch of chicken heads, nothing but the severed butchered heads lying on the ground. Kinda disturbing in my opinion. Realistic, a part of life, yes, but I gotta wonder what the person who felt inspired to paint it was...
