    Four golden comets, a welsummer and cukoo marin. Help!

    The comets appear to be laying eggs with very fragile shells. (Almost translucent) They are just over a year old. We have crushed shells for calcium and use Agway's layer feed. When the deformed eggs are laid, they are quickly eaten by the rest. Any suggestions?
